Is there any special reason why the same app behaves differently on iPhone 4S and iPad Mini Retina running the same iOS version? Namely, Wifi Analyzer and eWifi still work on my iPhone after going to 7.1.2. On the other hand, they don't display any networks on iPad (eWifi even displays "no network or wifi disconnected").

Also, another network-related app - a console app intercepter-ng - works on iPhone, whereas on iPad it doesn't even start, but just displays "Illegal instruction - 4".

Wifi Booster tweak (the one that shows more wifi networks within Settings/Wifi) works fine on iPad as well.

Are there any supporting packages (with different/wrong version) I should check in Cydia?
