Check if you have iTunes or iCloud backup of your iPhone first, if you have either of them, then how to recover deleted data on iOS device is a simple task.
iTunes and iCloud will automatically back up your iPhone even if have not done it manually:
iCloud automatically backs up the most important data on your iPhone on a daily basis as long as your device is:
Connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi
Connected to a power source
Screen locked
iTunes can create backups of your iPhone automatically when you sync with iTunes (disabled if you have iCloud backup turned on).

As far as I know, there are three ways to recover deleted data from iPhone with iPhone Data Recovery - - a helpful and powerful software for data recovery. You can choose one suitable way as you like.
Way 1: Recover deleted files from iPhone directly
Way 2: Using iTunes Backup to recover deleted files
Way 3: Using iCloud Backup to recover deleted files
The iPhone Data Recovery tool is a convenient and efficient device, which can scan your contacts quickly to restore it. One way is to recover the lost contacts directly; another way is to restore contacts from an iPhone backup, on the basis that you have used iTunes to manage your iPhone.

When a "delete" is completed, the particular space that the file takes up is usually marked as blank and can be used again by new files, however, the deleted file will probably be still there until finally new data overwrites it. Consequently, if you ever haven't taken any new photos or video clips, you still can recover iPhone deleted photos by making use of iPhone Recovery program.

There is one "free with limitations" program I know of which claims to be able to recover iPhone data. The limitation is 1GB of data, which I'm guessing would be more than enough ...

http://www.tenorshar...covery-mac.html

It does seem though to be aimed at the backups made by iTunes when synching an Iphone with said program. If you don't use iTunes with your iPhone, then it's probably gonna be a professional recovery which will set you back a few quid.

I don't usually post links to commercial software, but in this case, you don't have many avenues to explore, so it may help.

FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery can bring your deleted files from the dead. It is an easy-to-use utility that enables you to quickly recover data stored on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, in iTunes backup, or in your iCloud backup. Here three solutions are provided for you to choose. You are ensured to find a suitable one.

If you have backed up files to iTunes/iCloud, you can also use it to extract iphone files. Feel free to use it to download photos from iCloud.
