Earlier today, a Reddit user discovered TaiG 2.1.0 update on the team’s official website which is supposed to fix the Cydia Substrate issues with iOS 8.3. TaiG team has now taken to Weibo to make an announcement regarding the use of these leaked packages which haven’t been officially released by the team.
They are warning users from using the leaked jailbreak updates namely versions 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 stating that the packages are currently unstable and intended for internal testing only. Currently, TaiG 2.0 is the official jailbreak tool released by the team.
The leaked packages could cause icon disappearance bug, and hence should be avoided. They are currently working with Saurik to fix the UI cache issue and will release an update soon. Here’s TaiG team’s statement on their Weibo account (Google translated):
