AppCake has updated to support iOS 9 Pangu jailbreak
Our Cydia Repo: cydia.iphonecake.com

AppSync Unified is reported FULLY working on iOS 9 without any update, try with your device!!! AppCake will work just FINE on iOS 9!

As we did back in iOS 8 Jailbreak, we embedded ppsync with AppCake, before AppSync Unified updated.

So right now, AppCake does NOT require AppSync Unified to install Cracked apps on iOS 9!

As of when ASU will be updated by Karen (@angelXwind)? I don't know, and seems Karen is not planning to update it for iOS 9.

For anyone has concerns about ppsync is buggy and dangerous blabla... Your mind is poisoned by Karen, we've been had ppsync in AppCake since iOS 8, but it's your call, You don't have to use AppCake!

If you are curious: AppCake will detect if you have ASU or not, if you do, it will use the ASU you installed. If you don't, it will use the embedded ppsync. Bottom line, it will try to get the app installed for you.

Happy Jailbreaking
