Is there still a way to extract an app on iOS 10?

The app dipster are not available at App Store any more, and only install on my phone, so I really want to get a backup.

you can try iMazing or iExplorer.
iTunes can not do it since iOS 9.

So iOS 10 can extract app?
I remember extract app is not available on iOS 9

It seems like iMazing2.3.3 only can extract app data, not the app itself.
