Yes:

git clone -b x86_64 https://github.com/c...olchain4Win.gittheos/toolchain/windows/iphone

It's actually a ".exe" file, therefore a windows one.

did you run git inside of cygwin64 terminal ?????

I had to open and close cygwin64 to make it work. Now I can run ldid.

What is the binary of IPA file?

It's the appname.app folder (the root that I find if I open the IPA with WinRAR) ?

How can I zip it again in IPA format after ldid? Shall I use WinRAR, zip it and change the extension to IPA, as simple as that?

in the appname.app folder, the binary is a file without any extension, most likely same name as appname

That's the one you need to run ldid -S appname

after that, zip the Payload folder, e.g. to Payload.zip

then rename it to appname.ipa , and install that

$ ../../../ldid -S 7wonders

ldid.cpp(1025): _assert(false); errno=2

ldid.cpp(1031): _assert(WEXITSTATUS(status) == 0); errno=0

I need some real help. I know Electra JB is still in development. I have two devices. A jailbroken iPad Air 1st gen with IOS 8 installed. The other device is a new non-jailbroken iPhone X with IOS 11.1.1 installed. I want to Jailbreak both if possible. All I care about is the ability to install cracked apps I have on stored my computer. Can someone kindly let me know if this is possible? Please email me as well at timbojill@gmail.com. Don't come here that often.
