the apps signed by using ldid -S install and run fine afterwards but cannot use Facebook login. The saavn premium app updated recently has the same problem. if i sign that app with impactor using my appleid then it can login to Facebook fine.
any solution for that ?

perhaps
try install original app first.
login to account.
then install crack app

i do not use facebook so i have no comment on that

Did not work, i logged in original app and installed cracked up on it, it asked for log in again.
And it happens with every app we sign with ldid -S for iOS 11.
The signed app’s login verification doesn’t work with any social site like facebook, google etc.

I am not sure if you all have tried this but I managed to sign my apps without using a mac or pc.

You'll only need two apps from Cydia. Filza and NewTerm

Filza to unzip the ipa & NewTerm to run the ldid -S command for the app binary.

Once completed, use Filza again to zip the app and rename it to .ipa. You can then install the app with Filza.

I have done it on four(4) apps so far and all have been successfully installed and opened without any crashes on.

- idevice: iPhone 7+, iOS 11.1.2 (electra jailbreak)

Nice !

I'm trying with the Model 15 app and get this error

(assert = false) errno=2

I was thinking to have a permission related problem but the executable is -rwxrwxrwx

It means that it's not possible with this app ?

You need to run su alpine for root access. Happened to me once and manage to run it by doing this.

Hi guys, I wanna ask if after following the procedure the apps still keep crashing, does it mean they're not compatible with the iOS version? I was trying to install Farming Simulator 18 and Riptide GP Renegade (both downloaded from iphonecake.com) that keep crashing when you open them.

Here's what I did (thanks to hotsjf, Sorgz and woobby for the instructions):
1. Unpack the IPA on my PC, so I got FS18.app and silver.app folders.
2. Copy both folders to /User/Downloads/ using iFunbox.
3. Navigate to the path and then as SU perform ldid -S on each folder using NewTerm. There's no error message and I noticed that some files on each folder have been modified.
4. Copy the folders back to PC and then repack the IPA files.
5. Install both IPA files with iFunbox, still crashing, reinstall with Cydia Impactor, same thing.

Did I do anything wrong within the steps above?

Edit: Tested on iOS 11.4 x64

So far, this method works on:
  • Crashlands
  • GTA: San Andreas
  • The Room Two
  • XCOM: Enemy Within

Doesn't work on:
  • GRID Autosport
  • Farming Simulator 18
  • Monster Hunter Stories
  • Riptide GP: Renegade

Following on from above, might be related - I'm getting the same thing with the Minecraft 1.9 ipa. Interestingly when I extract the entitlements, the file is completely empty - this doesn't happen with the older 1.8.1 ipa. The 1.9 IPA also doesn't have the iTunesMetadata.plist file in it either. Has anyone been able to successfully install these IPA files?
