Tweaking an app - Grindr

Hi, I'm a Grindr user..

 

My app crashes frequently, I believe this is because of the ads, especially the banner that pops up at the bottom..

 

I'm jailbroken on iOS 8.4 and have root access to var..

 

Is there anything I could do, edit something in the app to get rid of the ads that cause the crashing?
