Hello, since I've installed AppCake I can't install anymore apps from stock AppStore. I've captured the session of trying to install something and I've got this. Idk why was my AppStore hijacked from AppCake. And I don't want to restore my device. Is there any config files or something to roll it back? I rebooted my iPhone (11.3) to non-JB and the same thing again...

I tried again with your methode and still doesn't work. Also tried with other Apple ID and same issue. Respring/Reboot nothing.
I copied from the IPSW file the application to my phone with same R/W permissions and Owner/Group settings. Same...

The only thing is AppStore dosn't make anymore a request to the AppCake server or to the Apple server to download an app. Tried booth on Wi-Fi and cellular. But I can still update my apps over the AppStore.

if you remove AppCake and the problem still there, then that is not the issue

Trying downloading from the site and install with ifunbox its free see if u can install the apps then. Remember about ios 11 compatibility as apps cracked using Rasticrac so if have rc337uh or rc336 or any other rc number it is likely they will not run on ios 11
