How can i decrypt an ipa with no jailbreak device

Hello , I have problem

I want to install an ipa , i got it but when i try to install with cydia impactor
But i have this error

file: installation.cpp; line: 42; what:

Failed to verify code signature of /private/var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.N2OLwx/extracted/Payload/SOCO.app : 0xe8008016 (The executable was signed with invalid entitlements.)

I didn't know how i can decrypt the ipa for install this ipa

@anis4010, This error is generated not because the app needs to be decrypted, but because there's something wrong with the .ipa...

I'm really sorry for my mistake 
I was very stressed because i have my presentation tommorow and i'm worry about that
I think my ipa was restricted to be install on 4 devices only , i want to leave restriction for install ipa on every ipad i want
That's the dilemma i think , because when i try to install it , it's write about a provisionning profile

you need a developer profile certificate if you are making your own app and want it installed on multiple devices.
it is available for purchase from Apple

I am trying to install an appstore app (not made by me).

Yes its decrypted!

 

I think it might be because it already has a mobileprovision that isn't from me.

 

But i have no idea how to solve this
