some signed app not install

Hello,

I'm a little confused ... I installed ios 12.3.1 on a non-jailbreak device, downloaded the certified certificates and executed some applications resign.
Now some of them (shazam for example) are not installed while others are.
I've tried several versions of different crackers but nothing to do.
Any idea about the reason?
