If you have a backup on iTunes or iCloud, you can put the iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it to fix iTunes error 0xe80000a. To avoid losing data while repairing, it is suggested that you try an iOS system recovery software called Joyoshare UltFix. It has the ability to rectify all kinds of iTunes errors with no data loss.

Sorry, but I'm not clear about what's your problem. Do you mean your iPhone cannot be recogized by iTunes when you connect it to your computer? If so, maybe you can check the USB connection between your device and the computer; restart your iPhone and computer; make sure the iTunes is the latest version, if not, just update it to; reset the location & privacy settings in order to trust the computer; and finally use a professional iOS system recovery from TunesKit to fix the system issue efficiently. Hope these tips are useful to you.
