Yesterday, when I was using my iPhone and suddenly the applications started crashing and I don't understand that reason behind it. I try to reopen the applications but every application gets crashed and my screen goes black after the reopen  the application. I try to resolve  it but it didn't solved anyhow so do i need apple application support for resolving this issue or it might be solved by any other methods?

Are you jailbroken? If not then it might be that Appcake been expired after 7 days you have to resign it again including the apps you downloaded from the Appcake application. Use Cydia impactor to resign.
