You will be able to run Windows, Linux, Android or any other operating system directly on your iPhone or iPad on iOS 11 all the way up to iOS 13.3 and it doesn't require a jailbreak to work.

UTM is an early work-in-progress virtual machine app for iOS. You can boot ISO files, IMG files and so on. The virtualisation is fast and secure and the application is completely open-source, so anybody can contribute.

I tried this app few weeks ago, it crashes after I try to start the VM

 

also, where do you get the VM files for each OS?

It is very unfortunate that i am unable to provide direct links to the various OS due to copyright claims.

However If you search the below on a web browser, then you will most certaintly find what you are looking for.

Windows: Windows 7 Ultimate x86 .iso

Linux: Archlinux 2020.03.01 x86_64

Android: Android x86 4.3 20130725

Please be aware, 64bit OS can run into ram issues with UTM so x86 / 32bit is preferred.
