Appcake cant install HELP

Can anybody assist in regards to this enquiry? as i do not currently own an iOS device on 12.1 for testing purposes.

As a alternative while you are awaiting for your solution, you can use the website version of AppCake below,
AppCake: https://www.iphonecake.com
You will be required to install "Appsync Unified" on your device by adding the following repo: https://cydia.akemi.ai/
You will then be required to download "Filza" on your device by adding the following repo: http://tigisoftware.com/cydia/
If you go to the Tutorials and Guides section of the forum as below, and skip to the "Filza" section then this will help you sign apps that you have downloaded without using the AppCake signing certificate.
"How to keep AppCake apps installed when the signing certificate has been Revoked / Updated - Jailbreak"

I jailbreak with 3rd app and search appcake from Filza, and delete all folder, After reinstall app sync and tried again, done thanx for help

I jailbreaked with 3rd app and search appcake from Filza, and delete all folder, uninstal appsync After reinstall app sync and tried again, done
