Decrypt ipa on 13.3.1

So I just installed cydia on iPhone 7 Plus running 13.3.1 and tryed to decrypt an ipa using frida and CrackerXI.

Frida just freeze after first line of execution, and with CrackerXI I always get the "error hooking" error.

 

So the question is: there is a way to decrypt an ipa on 13.3.1?
