hi ive got a older version of facebook on my phone how can i get that version ipa of the phone as with the updated version fb as messed up my notification but with the older version they work not sure why its the notifications in the app thank you and hope some one can help me out as ive been looking for days thank you my phone is jb as well

if i decrypt what you are asking you are looking for an older version of an app to install?
if you are jailbroken install tweak AppStore++ and you can get older IPA if still served.
is they a way on non-jailbroken
