Appsync Unified/Appinst don't work on 13.5

It seems that I'm unable to install any ipa on 13.5 (jailbroken with unc0ver) with the latest versions of Appsync Unified and Appinst, as I receive the dreaded error message:

 

appinst: main:186 Failed to install

 

This happens with every ipa, I've tried more than a dozen with zero success. Any way to diagnose and resolve the issue?

 

 

EDIT: performing a ldrestart after rebooting fixes the issue.
