4MeKey doesn't support iPad 2, why?

Why 4MeKey doesn't support old locked (Apple ID) devices like iPad 2, I need to unlock it. my iCloud ID is hacked and I can't restore it at any price, what should I do?

Who stole an 9 years old useless iPad 2! I have everything of the iPad 2, including the box!

Other softwares doesn't, why. they said not supported, do you know why?
