Problems installing Appcake

AppCake Install Error

Hello.

Long time without entering here.
I am having some issues trying to download and install the last version of Appcake:

I do not know how can i do to solve this and i am asking for some help to solve it.

I want to utilize this post also to say that i am not able to request an App update via https://www.iphonecake.com via Request Apps on AppCake.
It redirects you to http://cydia.iphonecake.com/ but there is not page loading in. 

If someone can tell me how to solve it or what am i doing wrong it would be great.

Thanks for your help.
I had try to add the repo to cydia but i got an alert saying: "Verification error. The request timed out.
Still don´t know how to ask for an App update, how can i do that?

there have been server issues today perhaps the repo is also effected.

Installed .deb via Filza and this error appear:

Also i had try to install via Cydia because it seems to be up and running now, installation process via Cydia went fine without errors but AppCake App icon doesn´t appear anywhere.

I think i have installed all dependencies for it like AppSync.

Maybe i am doing something wrong but i doubt it.
