Why do ipa download come in the form of exe setup files?

I just tried to download unleash the light ipa and I noticed it came in the form of a zip file with a language folder and a setup exe files
I can’t see the point of having a setup program and in addition, my Windows Defender shows maglant and raccoon as trojan
I feel skeptical about this so can someone explain how this works to me please?

all iOS files are IPA extension.

 

if you got a zip or EXE you clicked on wrong popup.

get an ad blocker and learn how to dowanload files from the internet.
