Hi guys I was given an iPhone 7 running ios 11.4 & I normally play with android devices. I promptly jailbroke the device but I made the mistake of updating to ios12 without removing the jailbreak. No the device is almost nonfunctional. It has wierd lines on the screen & is practically unusable. I assume this is because of the update. Can anyone advise me how to fix this problem ?

Like I said I am not very familiar with ios. The device has no sim card as the tray was lost by the previous owner. It was working beautifully after the jailbreak & until the update to ios12. Now the screen has lines all over it, apps are self opening & the touchscreen is barely functional. What exactly do you mean by restoring ?

first offf no way you jailbroke an iOS 11.4 device. (unless it was a beta)
if you updated to iOS 12 and it got wacked use iTunes and "restore"
