It looks like it works for him...

Okay i understand right now, this method is only if you are developing an App by yourself or you have one App already done and you need to upgrade it...

I found this video to make 32x Apps compatible in iOS 11 and above...

you can not make a 32bit app run on os11 and higher PERIOD.
unless you have the source code you cn then recompile.
however an existing ipa CAN NOT be changed
