Jailbreak Appsync Not Working No Apps JB

Hey i installed Appsync Unified ( not from official Repo) after JB and now my phone is not working correctly

 there is no Cydia , Settings , Safari apps along with some other and my phone wont start in Safe mode if i try it , it goes in loop ..
Please help

never install things from unofficial repo

you may have to restore your device and loose your jailbreak

When you say official repos, what do you mean? Official to Iphonecake? Or official to cydia?

Have a look if itunes saved a backup from before the problem then try restore from before that date
