What is Cydia Guru? Is it an alternative name for Cydia Installer or another different application

never heard of it.

there is only 1 and only debian/apt gui front end and that is "CYDIA"

That is the problem, it said to be a desktop application which can inform when new jailbreak updates are released and also it said to be able to recognize our iOS version and select the best method to jailbreak it at the moment. ActuallyI i am also do not know what this is?
