Fix SOME crashing of Apps/Games - iPAPatcher works on iOS 11/12.

For OS-11 it will work but only does what we talked about
already over a year ago. "Ldid -S" to resign. can work on
a high percentage of files but NOT all.
For OS-12:
it only works on simple binary IPA files ONLY.
that means it only work on 5-10% of files.
NOTHING NEW HERE !!!!!
