So i was thinking about the process and didn’t come up with any conclusion.
Obviously, Apple start production of their iPhones months earlier than keynote. Also they release the GM Developer beta one or two weeks before the keynote. So how they install iOS GM on iPhones?
Is it like someone sitting there and install iOS manually on phones?

I have no idea about installing iOS in iPhone. But you may visit upstore , chegg sites. Here's the free accounts online guide to create your upstore, chegg accounts. It might help you in installing ios on iphones.
