Apple File Conduit 2 for ios 10.3.1

I was able to jailbreak my iphone 6 on ios 10.3.1 thanks to g0blin but when I tried to install Apple File Conduit 2 my phone crashed and I got the missing app icons error when it came back up. I rebooted my phone, enabled force reinstall bootstrap on the g0blin app and then jailbreak my phone again and all my icons came back up thank god. Does anybody knows if Apple File Conduit 2 works for ios 10.3.X because I need to delete some old files that I put in my root access folder when I had a jail-broken version of 9.3.

I do not think it has been updated and can not see it being until Cydia ever gets updated
