Cydia won't show downloaded and installed AppCake Apps (8.4)

I recently restored my 5s from 8.1.2 to update to ios 8.4. I then used the Tai G method to JB 8.4. I added AppCake to Cydia's source list. All apps download and install without issue, but the icons never appear with all the other apps on the home screen (or any other screen for that matter).

How can I fix this?

Sometimes, simply respringing your device after installing AppCake can resolve the issue of the icons not showing up. To respring your device, open the Cydia app, search for and install "PowerSelector" or "PowerApp" tweak, then use it to respring your device.

You may want to try to respring your device or do a full restart. If the issue persists, consider reinstalling AppCake or even re-jailbreaking your device as a last resort. Always remember to back up your data before making significant changes.

Wow, memories! I remember when the iPhone 5s was all the rage, and Appcake made it even more exciting with its awesome collection of apps. It's incredible how technology has evolved since then, but there's still a special place in our hearts for the classics.

Try removing AppCake from Cydia and then reinstalling it. This can sometimes fix any corruption that might have occurred during the installation process.
