Which of them doesn't work ? in fact ,Extract iPhone data from backup is not a difficult problem , i have done it many time on my iPhone

Maybe that's because you overwrote it and you don't know or something you didn't realize was wrong. You might as well follow the iOS Data Backup & Restore to backup and restore your data again, which might be helpful to you.
