Hi, let me try and help, first your phone is stuck on the Apple logo? PRess and hold the power button and the home button until it reboots to the Apple logo again and let go of the buttons, it should now be fine.

The issue with the app? Are you trying to update a jailbroken app? It used to happen with the Cracklord apps all the time and we had loads of complaints about it. You need to instead look for the latest version uploaded on AppCake instead

For the issue of iPhone stuck on Apple logo in reboot, there are 3 commonly-used solutions, namely, force restarting the iPhone, restoring the iPhone with iTunes, and using an iPhone system recovery tool without data loss.
