How can I upload an app to appcake?

I got an app on my ipad i would upload to appcake. How can I do it?

you have to decrypt the app.
test the app that it works after decryption.

Its a free app called v380s. The reason why I think it should be on appcake is because that would allow users with old ios versions to install it regardless of the restriction like my case. I have ios 7 and Apple Store wont let me install it because it requires ios 8.
