Hi,
my iphone is jailbroken so i downloaded a cracked app with appcake but I want to use it on my ipad which is NOT jailbroken. Is there any way to do it?

No you would need to use Cydia impactor on the pc/Mac and resign it every 7days.
Alternatively you could buy ipastore premium for a year very good service can’t recommend it enough.
Very few revokes when I used it and the few I had were replaced within 5days

As far as I know, Cydia Impactor only installs the file on the device but how do I extract the file from my jailbroken device?

you can use ifunbox with pre-installed itune on pc.
first use ifunbox to back up iphone app on pc,then connect your ipad to pc reinstall backup app through ifunbox on ipad.
