iPhone XR Restored from iPhone 7!!

This may be a dumb question, but I dont know a lot about how SHSH blobs work.

I recently got an iPhone XR which came with 12.2 on it as default. I also have an iPhone 7 with 12.1 on it jailbroken.

I was wondering if I could use the SHSH blobs from my 7 to downgrade on my XR since I used the iTunes restore thing from my 7.
