I'm on unc0ver 3.4.1/IOS 12.2/iphone 6+ and my ControlCenter is completely scrambled. Missing icons and is shuffled around. Screenshot included. Anyone know how to fix this or if there's a way to get it back to default? Thank you to anyone who can help

Remove every control center tweak.
