Unlock Ultra High Definition / HDR YouTube resolutions above and beyond 1080p with no restrictions by following the below tutorial,
You will be required to download the below tweaks from cydia.
Appstore++

Once Appstore++ has been installed you will now be required to downgrade Youtube to a version that's compatible with another tweak that you will be required to install.
Open up Appstore, search and select Youtube then hold the Open/Update button for 2 seconds and a Upgrade/Downgrade option will be displayed.
Select version 15.9.4 and proceed to the next step.
YTHDUNLOCKER

Once YTHDUNLOCKER has been installed you will have no options to configure and your ready to enjoy all resolutions above 1080p.
"Please be aware, you may have buffering issues with video encoded with HDR and resolutions above 2160p on some devices."
