Appcake ios 12 requesting apps doesn't work

I've been using Appcake now for almost 3 years since ios 10 to 11 and now ios 12 I really appreciate all the hard work you guys are putting here but I'm fed up with this bug which does not let me request apps from the app I've been trying for months to request Dragon Quest VII to be updated to it's latest version but when I try to request it everytime it tells me the ad is not ready so I try again and again but I'm seeing no hope. I don't know if it's a problem with me only but thats why I came here joined the forums to report this bug and to request my game. Sigh... I thank you very much again I love appcake and I hope this gets fixed sooner or later.
